Stefan Petrikovics

Stefan Petrikovics is the founder and currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer, MD & Managing Partner at SMG Holding GmbH since 2019.
He is also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of SMG Technology Acceleration SE since 2023.
In addition to his founding positions, Dr. Petrikovics currently holds several other roles.
He is the Chief Executive Officer at SMG European Recovery SPAC SE since 2022.
He is also the Managing Director at SMG Holding SARL, SMG SPAC Investment SARL, Aeneas Capital Beteiligungs GmbH, Csmg Verwaltungs GmbH, Reinickendorfer Grundbesitz GmbH, and SMG Technology Investment SARL.
Dr. Petrikovics has previously worked as the Managing Director at S+F Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG from 2008 to 2009.
He was also the Director at a&o hostels Marketing GmbH from 2017 to 2019.
Additionally, he served as the Managing Director at STF Immobilienhandels GmbH from 2008 to 2013 and as a Principal at TPG Capital - Luxembourg SARL from 2013 to 2019.
Dr. Petrikovics has a Master's degree in Business Administration and a doctorate from Vienna University of Economics & Business.
He also holds a graduate degree from the University of Vienna.
