Cross Canyon Energy Corp. was incorporated as a Nevada corporation in May 2004 under the name 'ABC Funding, Inc.' On March 24, 2009, it changed its name to 'Cross Canyon Energy Corp.' Upon the Company succeeding to substantially all of the business operations and properties of Voyager Gas Corporation ('Voyager') on September 2, 2008 (the 'Voyager Acquisition'), it became an independent oil and natural gas company engaged in the exploration, production, development, acquisition and exploitation of natural gas and crude oil properties. Company oil and natural gas operations and assets are situated with Voyager Gas Corporation, its predecessor and now wholly-owned subsidiary, acquired in the Voyager Acquisition and consist of the oil and gas lease blocks located on approximately 14,300 net acres located in Duval County, Texas.

The Group's principal activity is that of a mortgage broker operating in the state of Utah. It originates mortgage loans, performs credit checks and obtains appraisals and title information for each prospective loan before referring it to a lending source. Mortgage loans include conventional loans, jumbo loans, home equity and second mortgages, non-conforming loans and sub-prime loans. The Group till now has not funded any loans. The Group intend to engage in the oil and natural gas industry either by making acquisitions of oil and gas properties or by participating in strategic joint ventures.
