Susan R. Inouye Tarter

Ms. Susan R.
Inouye Tarter is Chief Financial Officer at Perseus LLC.
She rejoined Perseus as Vice President of Finance in 2011.
She served as the CFO of Perseus from late 1991 through June 1996 and later served as a consultant to Perseus’ finance team.
Prior to her association with Perseus, she was the director and then vice president of operations for the Occupational Medical Center, an environmental consulting firm which was acquired by Princeton Laboratories.
In that role, she reported to the President and founder and was responsible for oversight of services in industrial hygiene and occupational medicine as well as a microbial laboratory and the expansion of operations to multiple locations in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
Ms. Tarter holds an M.B.A.
from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.B.A.
in management from Iowa State University.
She is a CPA certified in the District of Columbia.
