Mr. Thomas J.
Hofheimer is a Managing Director & Investment Officer at PRP LLC.
Prior to joining PRP, Mr. Hofheimer worked for over eight years in the Real Estate Private Equity Group at Fidelity Investments, where he was most recently an Investment Officer.
At Fidelity, he was responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, closing, and the dispositions of real estate assets throughout the United States as part of a $2 billion value-added portfolio.
Prior to Fidelity, he was an Analyst with Retail Properties, where he coordinated research and marketing for the firm and its clients.
Mr. Hofheimer earned his B.A.
from the University of Virginia.
He is active with the ICSC and the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults.
