Prior to joining Greenstone Partners in 2005, Mr. Tim Long was an investment manager at Archer Capital, a leading Australian private equity firm, where he worked on a broad range of transactions across a variety of sectors including the $500 million management buy-out of earthmoving rental equipment business, Emeco International.
Before commencing his career in corporate finance, he reached the rank of Lieutenant Commander in the Australian Navy.
Mr. Long holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the George Washington University, a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) degree from the University of New South Wales and has completed two of the three levels in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.
