Tim Yates

Tim graduated from The University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Property Administration in 1990.
He joined CapitalGroup when it was formed in 1996, after working locally in the property sector and in London for a large organisation’s finance department.
Tim has significant property finance experience after more than two decades of arranging and managing transactions across all property sectors.
He is married with three children.
