Background
Mr. Kuhrt joined Midwest Research in April 2000 as a research analyst following Hardline Retail.
Prior to joining Midwest Research, Mr. Kuhrt spent six years as Controller of The Step2 Company (a consumer products manufacturer).
In his time at Step2, he was responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, inventory control, product costing and analysis.
In addition, he closely followed the retail industry and approved credit lines for the company’s retail customer base.
