Nick has extensive experience with a wide variety of transactions, including venture capital, private equity, and capital markets deals in both the US and abroad.
Nick graduated from Harvard University with a concentration in Physics and a secondary field in Computer Science, University of Virginia School with a JD, and University of California, Berkeley with a Masters in Information and Data Science.
He is admitted to the bar in New York and California.
