Jiranek is a Senior Equity Research Analyst at BNP Paribas Asset Management USA, Inc. She focuses on materials, utilities, and alternative energy.
She joined the team in 2021 and previously worked as a Senior Equity Research Analyst on the Global Emerging Markets equity team at BNP Paribas Asset Management since 2017.
Prior to joining BNPP AM, she headed the Emerging Markets Equities desk for J.P.
Morgan Securities in Boston, with a focus on Asia Pacific Equities.
Prior to that, she was a Director of Japanese Equities at Credit Suisse First Boston from 2000-2005.
She began her career in Asia Equities at ING Barings in 1999.
She holds a BA in Social Anthropology from Harvard University, cum laude, and an MBA from the Graduate School of International Management at the International University of Japan and was a recipient of the Osaka Gas fellowship.
