William Middleton

William Middleton is currently the President, CEO & Chief Legal Officer at Times Three Wireless, Inc. He is also a Director at CAA North & East Ontario.
Additionally, he is a Member of The Law Society of Upper Canada, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Licensing Executives Society, and the Intellectual Property Owners Association.
In the past, Mr. Middleton worked as the Secretary, SVP-Licensing & General Counsel at Quarterhill, Inc. from 2006 to 2011.
He also served as the Secretary & General Counsel at Mosaid Technologies, Inc. from 2000 to 2004.
Furthermore, he held the position of Vice President-Legal Services & General Counsel at NYGÅRD International Partnership.
Mr. Middleton completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Western Ontario in 1986.
