Au 01/03/2024, le nombre d'actions rachetées depuis le 2 octobre 2023 était de 10 441 (0,6 % du nombre total d'actions) pour un montant total de € 2 815 780,00. In uitvoering van Artikel 8:4 van het Koninklijk Besluit van 29 april 2019 tot uitvoering van het Wetboek van vennootschappen en verenigingen, verklaart Compagnie du Bois Sauvage volgende inkoopverrichtingen van eigen aandelen te hebben uitgevoerd op de gereglementeerde markt van NYSE Euronext Brussel. Per 01/03/2024, bedroeg het aantal sinds 2 oktober 2023 teruggekochte aandelen 10 441 (0,6 % van het totaal aantal aandelen) voor een bedrag van € 2 815 780,00. On 01/03/2024, the number of shares bought back since October 2, 2023 amounted to 10 441 (0,6 % of the total number of shares) for a total amount of € 2 815 780,00.
