In the past she occupied the position of Chief Executive Officer for Mildstorm LLC, Principal at The World Bank and Global Economist at Goldman Sachs International.

She received a doctorate from the University of Oxford, an undergraduate degree and an MBA from American University and a graduate degree from Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
