Ahmed Al-Midfa

Ahmed Mohammed Hamad Al-Midfa is currently the Chairman of Sharjah Insurance Co. He is also the Chairman-Arabian Gulf Chapter at the International Association for Exposition Management, Co-Chairman of the UAE Germany Business Council, Director & First Vice President of the German Arab Chamber of Industry & Commerce, Director at the University of Sharjah, Director of the Oman UAE Businessmen Council, Director of the Federation of UAE Chambers of Commerce & Industry, Director of the Arab Portuguese Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Director of the Arab Italian Chamber of Commerce, Director of the Egyptian UAE Business Council, Director of the Tunisian Business Council, and Vice President of the Arab Federation of Leather Industry.
Mr. Al-Midfa has formerly held positions as the Second Deputy Chairman of the Federal National Council, Chairman of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Chairman of Expo Centre Sharjah, Non-Executive Director at United Arab Bank PJSC, Director at Invest Bank, Director at the National US-Arab Chamber of Commerce, Independent Non-Executive Director at Dana Gas PJSC, and Director at the General Authority of Youth & Sports Welfare.
Mr. Al-Midfa obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Cairo.
