Alain Louis Michel Bonte

Alain Louis Michel Bonte is the founder of ERPK Labs SRL, which was founded in 2007.
He is currently the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Fenalu - Gestão de Investimentos e Participações SA, Chairman of SEII-Sociedade de Estudos de Investimentos Imobiliário SA, Chairman of Generalcom SA, Chairman of Sintofarm SA Bucuresti, Chairman of Econutrêceuticos SA, Chairman of GCP-Generalcom Portugal SA, Chairman of Generalcom Imobiliária SA, Director of Fundatia Internationala pentru Copil si Familie, Director of Prietenii Muzeului National de Arta, and President of Camera de Comert si Industrie Bilaterala România-Portugalia, and President of Fundatia Bonte pentru Arta Moderna si Contemporana.
He previously held the position of Chairman at Centrofarm SA and Distrifa - Soluções de Saúde SA. Mr. Bonte received his undergraduate degree from Sciences Po in 1964, his undergraduate degree from Regent's University London in 1997, his graduate degree from Paris School of Economics in 1965, and his MBA degree from Insead Business School in 1966.
