Before joining the Company he was a Senior Associate in the Corporate-M&A department of Gianni & Origoni.
He has been advising corporations, private equity, investment funds and banks on complex M&A, corporate restructuring, private equity, real estate and joint ventures, also at cross-border level and with a specific focus on the private equity industry, for over 10 years.
Alessandro holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law from NYU School of Law and Master of Science in Law cum laude in Law from Bocconi University.
He also attended the University of Texas School of Law and the University of Babson College in Boston.
He speaks Italian and English.
