Integrated Construction Enterprises, Inc. (ICE) is a New Jersey MBE certified company, with extensive construction experience in government and public arenas. Established in 1991, ICE has developed into a company with annual sales exceeding $30 million per year, and currently employs over 100 employees. They offer a complete range of construction related services includes Design-Build, Construction Management, Historical Renovation, and General Construction. ICE has developed an in-house manual referred to as the Standard Operating Procedures which sets the standards for all of their operations. Many of these procedures draw from the USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors guidelines. They use Internet based document and project management technology as well as scheduling software to disseminate vital information and control their projects through the Internet. The Construction Management Division is also responsible for safety and quality control professionals who help oversee these vital elements on a company-wide basis. ICE has distinguished itself in the arena of Historic Preservation. They have successfully completed over 80 projects featuring sites of National or State historic importance, including the homes of George Washington, Thomas Edison and the New Jersey Governor. ICE can service clients from conception to final construction and maintenance. By offering turnkey services, they are able to better control the quality and timeliness of the end product while quickly addressing any client concerns. Additionally, ICE has established wood working and sheet metal shops to increase their capabilities for self performed work.
