Andrew Dankwerth

Mr. Andrew Dankwerth is Vice President-Capital Projects at Pembroke Real Estate, Inc. He joined Pembroke Real Estate in 1997.
Prior to Pembroke, he was responsible for the design oversight and coordination of international corporate and non-profit real estate projects.
He has extensive experience as an architect, he is active in the real estate and design community, and has also taught design studio at the Boston Architectural College Mr. Dankwerth received a Bachelors of Architecture Degree from the University of Kansas and studied architecture at Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland.
He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Boston Society of Architects and is heavily involved with NAIOP, having served as the Vice President of the Program Committee and currently serving as the Vice President of the Education Committee.
He has also taught design studio at the Boston Architectural College.
