Dr. Andrew J.
Oswald is a Research Fellow at Forschungsinstitut zur Zukunft der Arbeit GmbH.
He is a Professor of Economics and Behavioral Science at Warwick University.

From May 2011 until December 2012 he was a Visiting Research Fellow and an Acting Director of Research at IZA.
His doctorate, in 1980 from Oxford, was on the theory of trade union behavior.
