She received a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics with honours from the University of Alberta in 1989 and a BA in Psychology from the University of British Columbia in 1992.
Ms. Boquiren is a Certified Fraud Examiner, Business Valuator Accredited in Litigation and a Certified Public Accountant.
