The Bakery segment includes manufacturing and retailing of food, bakery and confectionary products including franchising. The Food Court segment is involved in the management and operation of food courts and food and drinks outlets. The Restaurant segment is engaged in the business of operating food and drinks outlets, eating houses and restaurants. The 4orth segment offers incubating new food and beverage business concepts. The company was founded by Meng Tong Quek in 2000 and is headquartered in Singapore.
