Manchester is a board governor National Association of Small Business Investment Companies., he began his private equity career when he joined Narragansett Capital Corporation, a publicly traded venture capital firm.
From that time until the sale of Narragansett’s assets he served as an analyst, vice president, president and a director of Narragansett, and subsequently as a general partner of two investment funds.
He was active in locating potential investment opportunities, investigating promising candidates, closing transactions, working with companies in which he invested, and in executing appropriate exits from investments.
Mr. Manchester is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston University, and earned an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.
