Prior to to joining Fairpointe Capital in 2011, Mr. Lukaszewicz spent 15 years leading the finance and operations area for Institutional Capital (ICAP), a Large Cap Value Manager in Chicago.
During his tenure with the firm, ICAP grew from $2.5 billion in assets under management to $16 billion.
Part of the growth at ICAP was due to the start-up and growth of the ICAP Funds family from $200,000 in 1994 to over $2.0 billion.
Previously he was the Assistant Controller with The Yarmouth Group, a real estate investment adviser located in Chicago.
He started his career at CNA Insurance.
Mr. Lukaszewicz earned a BS from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from DePaul University and is a CPA.
