Clay Behrman

Clay Behrman is a Vice President at Rockbridge.
He is actively involved with several of the firm’s portfolio companies including Connect America and CheckedUp.
He is also responsible for evaluating and analyzing new potential investments made by the firm.
Clay was previously an Associate at TPG Capital in its Software & Enterprise Technology Group in San Francisco.
While at TPG, he managed portfolio companies within the firm’s Capital, Growth, and Rise funds.
He also evaluated new investment opportunities with a focus on traditional, large-scale buyouts as well as minority growth investments.
Prior to TPG, Clay worked at Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology, Media, and Telecom Group in New York City, New York.
While at Goldman Sachs, he focused on M&A advisory, with a particular focus on sell-side transactions and complicated merger situations.
Clay earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Stephen M.
Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
