Cohen Richard

Prior to joining ORIX, Mr. Cohen was a director in the sponsor finance group at The CIT Group, where he was responsible for originating and executing middle-market private-equity-backed transactions.
Prior to The CIT Group, Mr. Cohen spent seven years with BNP Paribas, as a vice president in financial sponsor coverage and leveraged finance.
There, he closed 15 leveraged transactions valued at more than $6 billion.
Earlier, he was an associate in the merchant banking and M&A divisions at Hales & Company.
Mr. Cohen earned a BS in business administration from California Polytechnic State University and an MBA with an emphasis in finance from UC Berkeley.
He is registered with the FINRA (formerly the NASD) as a General Securities Representative (Series 7 and 63).
