Colin Hewitt

Mr. Hewett is a Managing Director with the Emerging Europe Fund.
Prior to joining EMP, Mr. Hewett was Head of Project Finance for ABN AMRO Bank, based in London, controlling a team of 15 people across 2 centers (London and Amsterdam) covering the Power & Infrastructure Sectors.
Mr. Hewett joined ABN AMRO in 1996 and was responsible for overseeing the structuring of large-scale power and infrastructure projects throughout the European time zone.
ABN AMRO was awarded the IFR European project finance loan house of the year for 1998.
Prior to joining ABN AMRO, Mr. Hewett was with the Barclays Bank/BZW Group where, since 1989, he was responsible for a number of major project financings in the fields of power, infrastructure and telecommunications.
Prior to 1989, Mr. Hewett held various positions within the Barclays Group.
