Craig MacDougall

Craig joined Pemberton’s independent Credit team as a Managing Director in 2022, advising on the credit and structural risks associated with working capital finance transactions.
He has over 30 years global specialised finance lending experience, with expertise in the supply chain, structured trade & commodities finance, and derivatives segments of global markets.
Prior to joining Pemberton, Craig held Chief Risk Officer and Global Head of Commodities Credit positions at major banks including ANZ Banking Group, China Construction Bank, Standard Chartered, NM Rothschild & Sons Ltd, Deutsche Bank, ABN AMRO Futures and Kleinwort Benson.
Most recently , he was Chief Executive & Director at Nascot Consulting and an Equity Partner at an alternative finance fund.
Craig is a qualified accountant and is a member of The Association of Accounting Technicians (“MAAT”).
