Mitchell Coddington, CPA MBA, is Chief Financial Officer & Partner at EIF Management LLC.
He is a member of its Executive and Investment Committees.
He joined EIF in 1993 and is responsible for the Firm’s internal and external financial reporting, accounting, tax, information technology, and treasury matters, including the funds’ credit facilities.
Mr. Coddington has over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax matters, with 24 of those years in private equity.
Previously, Mr. Coddington was CFO/Treasurer/Controller of Property Capital Associates, a private equity firm investing in commercial real estate, and he also served as Vice President and Controller of Property Capital Trust, a publicly-traded real estate investment trust.
Prior to this, he worked in the Boston office of Coopers & Lybrand, where most of his clients were in the financial services sector.
Mr. Coddington received an M.B.A.
from Babson College and a B.A.
in Economics from Hartwick College.
He is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and a member of Financial Executives International, the Treasurers’ Club of Boston, the American Institute of CPAs, and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
