Daniel Salvato

Daniel Salvato is a Principal dedicated to the Firm's buyout strategy, NewSpring Holdings.
He joined NewSpring in 2022 and is primarily focused on evaluating new investment opportunities.
Daniel also provides operational and financial oversight and assistance to help drive long term value creation for platforms of NewSpring Holdings.
Daniel has over 10 years of private equity, investment banking, business strategy, Board governance and executive operational experience.
Prior to NewSpring, Daniel served as a Principal at KCK Group, where he quarterbacked the sourcing, due diligence and execution workstreams for financial services investments at a single-family office.
His focus on intensive portfolio management and operational involvement included serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Above Lending, a portfolio company of KCK Group, where he provided leadership to a high-tech, multi-product unsecured consumer lending company.
Prior to KCK Group, Daniel was an investment professional with J.C.
Flowers & Co., a global private equity fund, and an investment banker with Goldman Sachs.
Daniel received an A.B. cum laude in Economics and a Certificate in Finance from Princeton University.
