Federated Investment Management Co. (FIMCO) is a mutual fund manager and SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The firm is a subsidiary of FII Holdings, Inc. and their ultimate parent is Federated Investors, Inc. (NYSE: FII). FIMCO offers domestic and international equity, fixed-income and money market mutual funds, as well as a variety of separate account options for a wide range of investors.

Federated Global Investment Management Corp. (FGIM) is a SEC-registered investment advisor and registered commodity pool operator headquartered in New York City. The firm was founded in 1995 and is also known as Federated Clover Investment Advisors. They are a wholly-owned subsidiary of FII Holdings, Inc., which is wholly-owned by Federated Hermes, Inc. (NYSE: FHI). FGIM is a multi-strategy investor that manages portfolios of equity and fixed-income investments for institutional and private clients.

On April 12, 1853, the New York State legislature passed a bill chartering the United States Trust Co. of New York with the mission of serving as manager, executor and trustee of personal and corporate funds. They opened for business in New York City in August of that year. US Trust has divisions in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Florida, Texas, Oregon, California, Washington, and the District of Columbia.
