The Group's principal activity is to design and supply gift, collectibles and home and garden decorative products to retailers, department stores, mass marketers and other direct distributors. The product include diverse lines of branded porcelain bisque, cold cast and resin figurines, cottages, ornaments, plush animals, waterballs, tableware and general home accessories. The Group has approximately 44,000 customers worldwide including independent gift retail customers. The products are sold to national card and gift chains, mass merchants, home television shopping, jewellery and department store. The Group operates mainly in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. The Group's product lines include some of the world's most recognizable brands including Heartwood Creek by Jim Shore, Walt Disney Company, Walt Disney Classics Collection, Pooh & Friends, Nickelodeon, Bratz and Halcyon Days.

Corgi International Ltd. design, produce, market and distributes pop culture collectibles, gifts and toys, ranging from high-end movie and television prop replicas. It market its consumer products under two brands: Master Replicas and PopCo. The company was founded in February 1997 and is headquartered in Hong Kong.
