David Richard Nelson

Mr. Nelson began his career in the financial services industry with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets in 1986, where he focused on institutional sales and trading serving 12th district banks.
In 1990, he joined Security Pacific Bank in New York City developing and marketing interest rate and currency derivative strategies for financial institutions.
In his next post at Bank of America, he represented the bank in its key correspondent relationships with money center and regional banks in New York City and the northeastern United States.
Mr. Nelson received his B.A.
in Cellular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA in Finance and International Finance from Columbia University.
