Ms. Yensen joined Northland in 1995 and has been promoted twice.
Under her leadership, Northland has won the Connecticut Apartment Association’s awards for Management Company of the Year, Mid-Rise Property of the Year, and High-Rise Property of the Year.
Prior to joining Northland, Ms. Yensen was a Property/Project Manager at Insignia Financial Group in Fresno, California.
Previously, she was a Property/Development Manager at Nelson Properties in Selma, California.
Ms. Yensen was instrumental in forming the Connecticut Apartment Association, holding the position of President for two years, and currently serves on its Board of Directors.
She is also a member of the National Apartment Association, where she has served on a number of boards and committees, and is on the Board of the Rental Housing Association of Greater Boston.
