Miller has been Treasurer and Vice President of Finance for Russell-Stanley Holdings, Inc. since January 2005.
She was an Accounting Manager for the Construction Financial Management Association.
Ms. Miller joined Russell-Stanley Holdings in 1998 as Treasury Analyst and was appointed as Director of Treasury and Corporate Finance in February 2003, Director of Treasury Operations in April 2002, as well as Treasury Manager in October 1999.
She received a BS degree from the College of New Jersey and an MBA from Rider University.
Ms. Miller is a Certified Treasury Professional.
