Since 2016 Florian is a Partner at TruVenturo, covering parts of the existing portfolio and developing new ventures.
In his role he is responsible for launching new business concepts, especially in the HR, Healthcare and IT market.
His tasks range from conducting market analysis, developing prototypes, to founding new companies and taking over the interim management of the start-ups.
Furthermore, he supports the portfolio companies to create a sustainable organizational structure as basis for their growth - especially by creating excellent teams and hiring the right people.
As Partner at TruVenturo Florian has a strong background in Financial Services and Management Consulting.
Previously Florian has worked as Project Manager at Deutsche Bank’s Group Management Consulting division.
During his 5 years Florian advised a broad variety of clients across all major business and infrastructure functions, with a special focus on Retail and Transaction Banking.
Florian specialized on digitalization, regulatory changes and efficiency enhancements, enabling him together with his expertise of banking products and process landscape to drive execution and organizational transformation.
He holds a degree in Management from ESCP Europe focusing on Finance and Capital Markets.
