Bouygues Telecom Initiatives SASU (BTI) is the corporate venture subsidiary of the mobile telecommunications company Bouygues Telecom SA, which is majority-owned by the diversified French group Bouygues SA (XP: EN), active in sectors including construction, road infrastructure, real estate development, media and telecommunications. BTI was established in 2008 and is located in Meudon. The firm has a strategic alliance with the Microsoft start-up support program IDEAS. Their fellow subsidiary e-lab Bouygues SA is the corporate research and development specialist for the Bouygues group, and focuses on strongly innovative startups primarily outside of the telecommunications sector.
