Harry Clouston

Harry Clouston is a Vice President at Gainline.
Prior to Gainline, he was an Associate and Controller at CAI Private Equity where he was responsible for analyzing new investment opportunities, providing portfolio company valuation analysis, and providing support in the ongoing portfolio management process.
Before joining CAI, he was a consultant at S.D.
Daniels & Co., a New York based public accounting firm, where he focused entirely on private equity management company operations.
He began his career as an accountant at Williams & Partners, a public accounting firm in Brisbane, Australia.
Harry is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.
He received a B.Comm.
with a major in Accountancy and a B.Econ.
with a major in International Trade and Finance from the University of Queensland in Australia.
