Federoff is the founder of MedGenesis Therapeutix, Inc., Brain Neurotherapy Bio, Inc., Kenai Therapeutics, Inc. Dr. Federoff is currently a Professor at the University of California, Irvine.
Formerly, Dr. Federoff was Chief Executive Officer & Director at Aspen Neuroscience, Inc. from 2019 to 2021, President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at Ernexa Therapeutics, Inc. from 2021 to 2022, Chief Executive Officer at UCI Health from 2015 to 2018, Executive VP-Health Sciences & Dean at Georgetown University from 2007 to 2015, and Professor-Neurology & Dean at the University of California Irvine School of Medicine from 2015 to 2021.
Dr. Federoff also served as Director at the Association of Academic Health Centers, Director-at-Large at America's Essential Hospitals, and held fellowships at the American Association for the Advancement of Science and the National Academy of Inventors.
