James Boyle

James Boyle has been a Principal and a Managing Partner of Expat-CFO Services Ltd.
since 2001.
He is a Member of the Institute of Management Accountants and the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai.
Mr. Boyle is President of the Shanghai Chapter of the Thunderbird Alumni Association.
He was a Director of Energroup Holdings Corp.
until December 9, 2008.
Mr. Boyle worked for Dura-Line Shanghai Plastics Co. Ltd.
from 1996 to 2001 as Business Development and China Start-Up Manager, Deputy General Manager, Chief Financial Officer and Acting Managing Director.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree from in Economics and Marine Transportation from the State University of New York Maritime College and an MBA in International Management and Finance from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
