In addition to both Watermill Ventures & Watermill Advisors, Mr. Wilcox is the founder and Principal of Pivotal Strategies, Inc. Prior to establishing Pivotal Strategies, Mr. Wilcox held a number of executive management positions.
From 1998 to 1999, he served as CFO of Key Components, Inc., a holding company for a number of industrial manufacturers.
From 1992 to 1998 he was with Systems Engineering and Manufacturing Corp.
(�SEM�), a $30 million international manufacturer of custom engineered electroplating equipment and waste treatment systems.
With SEM, Mr. Wilcox held a number of executive positions including CFO, COO and CEO.
Other positions held by Mr. Wilcox were Vice President Administration and Finance and CFO of Docktor Pet Holdings, LTD.
(1990 - 1992); CFO of NSC Corporation (1987 - 1990); Vice President of Finance and CFO for Piezo Electric Products, Inc. (1982 - 1987); Vice President and CFO of Boston Filter Company, Inc. (1980 - 1982); Corporate Controller for Chomerics, Inc. (1978 - 1980).
In his various positions he has successfully raised over $300 million in debt and equity capital and completed numerous M&A transactions, ranging in size from under $1 million to over $100 million.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Wilcox worked with the Commercial Audit Group of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. In addition to his position as an Audit Manager, he held responsibilities as one of the firm's IT Audit Specialists.
Mr. Wilcox received his B.A. in Economics from Ursinus College, his M.S.
in Accounting from Northeastern University and he is also a CPA. He is a football and baseball enthusiast, an avid skier and a part-time personal trainer.
