James E. Thompson

Mr. Thompson joined Page Mill in 2006 as Director of Development after working with Page Mill as a consultant since 1999.
He has extensive real estate development experience including residential, commercial and infrastructure permitting, entitlements, design and construction.
His projects have included residential, senior housing, affordable housing, office, retail, industrial, subdivisions, large-scale master planned communities, schools, roadways and other infrastructure.
Prior to joining Page Mill, Mr. Thompson was Vice President of HMH Engineers in charge of the Urban Design Division.
Previously, he served as the Director of Public Works and City Engineer for the City of Brisbane and as contract City Engineer.
Mr. Thompson is a Licensed Engineer in the State of California and holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from San Diego State University.
He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Public Works Association and the American Water Works Association.
He is also a member of the Elks Club of Redwood City and a youth baseball and basketball coach.
