Jerome W. Anderson

In July 2002, Mr. Anderson joined Old Harbor Capital and is responsible for global investments and strategy at OHC.
As a globalist, he brings an international focus to prospective value opportunities both here and abroad.
Prior to joining OHC, he served as President and Chief Investment Officer of Boston Investment Advisers, Inc., a company he founded in 1991.
A career spanning over 25 years, he has practiced securities and corporate law at Sullivan & Cromwell and has served as an investment officer of The Ford Foundation and Citicorp Investment Management in both New York and London.
He is currently a member and former chairman of the board of Investor Responsibility Research Center, a Washington DC-based non-profit investment advisory firm serving corporations and institutional investors, and he sits on the boards and/or advisory committees of numerous non-profit organizations.
Mr. Anderson is an honors graduate of Stanford University and Stanford Law School, and he attended the University of Paris for post-graduate legal studies.
