Mr. Jim M.
Sullivan, Jr. MBA, is Co-Founder & Managing Director at Clover Investment Group LLC.
Prior to forming Clover in 2007, Mr. Sullivan practiced law in Washington, D.C.
as a member of the Securities Litigation, Enforcement & White Collar Defense group at Morrison & Foerster LLP.
He also advised U.S.
and foreign businesses on regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters.
Before joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Sullivan practiced law with DLA Piper US LLP, representing companies and individuals in complex civil and criminal litigation, congressional and internal corporate investigations, and international arbitrations.
Previously, he was an associate in the commercial litigation group at Verner Liipfert Bernhard McPherson & Hand, Chartered in Washington.
Mr. Sullivan holds a BA in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross, a JD from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, and an MBA from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
He is admitted to the practice of law in the District of Columbia and the State of New York.
