Jo Criddle

Jo is the investment operations director with overall responsibility for managing all operational aspects of investments.
Jo joined the Development Bank in 2023 to focus on improving operational delivery across all investment functions.
Her priority is to continuously improve operational delivery, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation.
Prior to joining the organisation, Jo has held various roles at international banks including Goldman Sachs and Citibank, across London, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Jo holds an MSci in Mathematics from Imperial College London, and she is a member of the Association of Chartered Management Accountants.
