John A. Tanner

John A. Tanner has been Chief Financial Officer-Finance and Administration for DivX, Inc. since April 2006, having served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from November 2004 to April 2006.
From November 1997 to November 2000, he served as Chief Financial Officer, in addition to other senior executive capacities, including President of International Operations, with AdForce.
From October 1995 to November 1997, Mr. Tanner served in various senior financial roles, most recently as Vice President and Controller at Network Computing Devices.
From July 1990 to October 1995, he worked in various key financial positions at Aspect Communications, most recently as Corporate Planning and Reporting Manager.
Mr. Tanner received a BA in English from San Jose State University.
