John Pavan

Mr. Pavan joined New Boston Fund in April 2008, from NorthBridge Companies.
He was a founding partner of The Northbridge Companies in Burlington, MA.
He was the Chief Executive Officer of The Stabile Companies in Nashua, NH and Senior Vice President and Principal of Benchmark Assisted Living, LLC in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
While at AEW Capital Management, LP, he managed the controlling partnership interests of $350 million in institutional investments in a portfolio of large master-planned communities in southern California.
He was instrumental in repositioning the developments through debt and management restructuring, as well as implementing aggressive homebuilding and asset sales strategies.
He has been Chairman of the Acton, Massachusetts Planning Board and over a period of years he served in numerous regional, planning and economic development roles.
Mr. Pavan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University.
