He has more than 13 years of industry and investment experience in the communications sector.
Prior to joining BayTech, he consulted an international high-tech company (Fujitsu et.
al.) on how to exploit mobile applications for new business lines.
He also was an M&A advisor for the TIMES (Technology-Information-Media-Ecommerce-Software)industry at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Frankfurt, where he worked on a number of cross-border transactions.
Jude also worked at Viag Interkom / (now part of British Telecom), where he designed and implemented strategies for raising the quality of service and reducing operational expenditures.
He implemented the fixed mobile operational strategy by reducing the number of operations centres from 6 to 2 while increasing service quality.
Prior to that Jude worked as an engineer for Ericsson, working on the development of its GSM network and on numerous mobile network implementations across Europe.
As product line manager in Germany, he also helped the Swedish telecommunications company develop new businesses and increase its share in the German markets.
In a joint venture between Ericsson and IBM, Jude also introduced the first integrated data, voice network and service management solution.
Jude holds a degree in telecommunications and computer science from the Technical University of Munich and an MBA from the State University of New York.
