Ke Fu Ying

Ke Fu Ying is currently the Dean at Changzhou Institute of Tech College of Economics & Management.
Prior to this, he held positions such as Director-Applied Science Research Institute at Changzhou Institute of Technology, Independent Director at Changzhou Tiansheng New Materials Group Co., Ltd., Factory Director at Changzhou Huaxin Machinery Factory and Changzhou Guoguang Electrical Appliances Factory, and Vice President at Changzhou Institute of Technology Industrial Main Co. Mr. Ying received his graduate degree from Tianjin University in 1987 and his undergraduate degree from Zhejiang Sci-Tech University in 1984.
