P&K AEDAK Management Co. (P&K) is a subsidiary of Of Millenium Mutual Fund Management Co., ultimately held by State-owned Hellenic Financial Stability Fund in Greece. Established in 1996 as ETBA Nat West Mutual Funds Management Company, the firm was renamed as ETBA-P&K Mutual Funds SA in 1969 when P&K Securities acquired a 50% stake in ETBA Nat West. In 2003 P&K Investment Services acquired the remaining 50% of the firm, which was renamed as P&K Mutual Funds SA. Located in Athens, P&K manages Millennium Bank's mutual funds for institutional, financial intermediary and private clients
