She is responsible for developing and executing the firm’s human resources strategy, including the implementation of talent management, recruitment, compensation, professional development and organizational best practices across Northleaf’s global private markets platform to support its strategic business plan.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2022, Leigh spent more than a decade in progressively senior roles in human resources at Royal Bank of Canada, most recently as Vice President, Human Resources for the Personal & Commercial Banking division.
Previously, Leigh held human resource roles at Whirlpool Canada, MDS Inc. and the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Leigh received a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University.
