It was founded in 2005 as part of Investcorp Group, whose primary operating entity is Investcorp Holdings BSC in Bahrain. The firm is a direct, wholly-owned subsidiary of Investcorp International Holdings Inc. (IIHI). IIA offers alternative investment solutions, private equity, and real estate advisory services. The firm provides non-discretionary investment advisory services to institutional investors, and provides discretionary investment management services to pooled investment vehicles or investment vehicles dedicated to a single investor.

BKF Asset Management Co. was founded in 1982 by John A. Levin in New York City. The firm was formerly known as John A. Levin & Co. (JAL). Their client base includes public, corporate, and Taft Hartley pension plans, university and college endowments, charitable organizations, financial intermediaries and high net worth individuals and family trusts. In 1996 JAL became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baker Fentress & Company (NYSE: BKF). (NYSE: BK) in the US. The firm was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in London. Insight Investment provides discretionary investment advisory services to institutional investors in the form of separate account and pooled vehicles across a wide variety of fixed income, risk management strategies including currency risk management and liability driven investing, absolute return and multi-asset capabilities.

Founded in 1996, AIG Global Investment Corp. (AIGG) is a registered investment advisor headquartered in New York City. The firm is a subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG). The firm provides investment management services to corporations, investment companies, pooled investment vehicles, banking and thrift institutions, pension and profit sharing plans, charitable organizations, state and municipal government entities, collateralized bond obligations and collateralized loan obligations.
